Qualifikationen

  • 3-4 years of Account Management experience in a consumption-based company.
  • Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-growing startup.
  • At least 1 year working in the Austrian market.
  • Experience in a startup in a hyper-growth stage is a big plus.

Role Overview

We’re looking for aStrategic Account Managerwho knows how to win in complex enterprise sales. You’ll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Country Manager, signing collaborations, expanding accounts, and creating long-term value for some of the largest enterprises in CESE.

It's not about selling features, it's about sellingvision, transformation, and first-mover advantagein a space that every enterprise will soon be racing into. You will:

  • Own and grow strategic accounts - build and manage relationships with Wonderful’s enterprise clients
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers to align Wonderful’s products with Clients' business goals.
  • Drive product adoption and maximize client success and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering to help improve our product & shape upcoming features
  • Turn customer feedback into product direction, influencing roadmap and solution design
  • Expand Wonderful’s footprint by opening new doors and landing new enterprise customers.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of Account Management experience in a consumption based company; or
  • ~4 years experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or fast-growing startup
  • At least 1 year working in the Austrian market
  • Proven sales track record
  • Exceptional communication skills, written & spoken
  • Experience in a startup in a Hyper-growth stage - a big Plus
  • Fluent in English and in German
  • Strong strategic thinking and relationship management skills.
