$120,000 – $125,000 per year package + bonuses

A specialist property group within the property and community management sector is seeking a Client Experience Manager to lead service delivery, support a dynamic team, and enhance client relationships across a growing portfolio.

This hands‑on leadership role suits someone with strata experience who enjoys improving processes, mentoring teams, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

This role does not carry a direct portfolio; however you will provide short‑term oversight and support during periods of staff leave to maintain continuity for clients and the team.
