Zusammenfassung

Notino in Vienna is seeking a Store Trainer to influence store results by onboarding Beauty Consultants and delivering in-store training. You will balance 80% Store Trainer duties with 20% Beauty Consultant duties and act as a partner to the Store Manager and Area Retail Trainer.

You will manage one-to-one and group trainings, maintain training scorecards, and advise on upselling while identifying improvement opportunities to meet KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year in the retail and sales industry (ideally including shop floor).
• Experience in training departments or roles focused on developing others.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Passion for beauty brands and storytelling.
• Willingness to learn and self-develop.

As a Store Trainer you would influence business results through effective delivery of onboarding new Beauty Consultant. Through training sales techniques, product knowledge, process knowledge for team an individuals. Your job would be create a positive learning environment/ culture in the store.

Role:

• act as a Store Trainer (80%) & act as a Beauty Consultant (20%)


• act as a partner for the Store Manager and Area Retail Trainer


• deliver/ facilitate one-to-one, classroom, meeting, in store training


• maintain updated records of training Score cards of staff performance


• advise Beauty Consultant how to upsell products and services


• observe how other BC interact with customers to identify areas of improvement


• determine training needs both for individuals and teams


• provide effective recommendations and solutions to meet KPI

Main responsibilities

Requirements:

• min. 1 years in the Retail & Sales Industry (ideally including Retail shop floor background)


• previous experience in training departments and/or in roles where training and developing others was part of the work scope


• english at level B2


• passion for beauty brands and storytelling


• strong desire to learn and to self-develop


• quick to absorb and apply new information


• ability to adapt style and methodology to meet the audiences needs
