Infineon Technologies AG in Austria seeks an experienced engineer to design and prototype state-of-the-art system solutions for AI power supplies, datacenters, and server SMPS. You will develop end-to-end hardware and software, from concept and simulation to PCB design and live testing.

You will own the full development lifecycle, collaborate with international hardware and software teams, and drive innovation by adopting Infineon power technologies. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Technical university degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• 3+ years of professional experience in design, development and test of power supplies and inverters.
• Experience with simulation (PLECS) of power electronic systems, PCB design (Altium), and C/C++ software design.

• Design and prototype state-of-the-art system solutions for AI power supply units, datacenter, and server SMPS.
• Develop end-to-end hardware and software solutions—from concept and simulation through PCB design and real-world debugging.
• Own the full development lifecycle from concept to final system release.
