Red Bull is seeking a Sports Data & AI Scientist to enable and empower world-class athletes through data, analytics and AI. The role spans performance benchmarking, predictive modeling and development of data products for coaches, staff and leadership.
You will translate complex analyses into actionable insights, build dashboards and conversational AI, and collaborate across sports like football and cycling, within a high-performance environment.

You will benchmark performance across the network, conduct deep-dive analyses and develop predictive models, data products and conversational AI that deliver actionable insights to coaches, performance staff and leadership.
**All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:**Global Sports IntelligenceMonitor and benchmark athlete and team performance across our sports investments using training, competition and physiological data. Identify performance trends, outliers and best practices across the network, with targeted deep dives into individual clubs, teams and athletes.
Sports Analytics & AIAnalyze performance, training and readiness data and develop predictive models to support decisions around readiness, training response and performance development. Translate complex analysis into actionable insights for coaches, performance staff and leadership.
Data Products & Conversational AIBuild dashboards and automated analytics for continuous performance monitoring and network benchmarking.
conversational AIDevelop that enables sports practitioners to query sports data, investigate trends and access insights through natural language.
Cross-Sport InnovationIdentify and transfer performance insights, methods and best practices across sports.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:* Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Data Science, Statistics, Sports Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position (EUR 2.968). However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
