Job Purpose:

The logistic Planner is responsible for planning and coordinating shipment of material, component, and production goods flows both upstream and downstream to ensure optimal availability for production and/or global distribution. He/She plays a key role in synchronizing supply chain and logistics activities while meeting deadlines, cost targets, quality and regulatory standards.

Job Description:

• Develop and monitor shipment and/or distribution plans based on forecasts, clinical needs, QC plans and Control Tower heuristic plan.
• Coordinate inbound (raw materials, components) and outbound (finished goods, QC IPC) flows with carriers and warehouses.
• Optimize transportation and storage costs while ensuring high service levels.
• Manage and update planning parameters in the Control Tower system (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, etc.).
• Analyze Lead Time coverage and anticipate requirements to prevent shipment distruption.
• Monitor and resolve potential logistics issues (customs clearance, international transport, supplier delays).
• Track KPIs (OTIF, stock levels, service rate) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Take part in transversal projects (digitalization, E2E Control Tower, automation and bots development).

Experience & Skills

• Logistic or Transport Scheduling ideally in a GMP pharma / biotech environment.
• Proven expertise in MRP/ERP systems, especially SAP (ECC).
• Excellent collaboration skills to align with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address optimization challenges.
• Resilient and results-driven mindset, capable of delivering under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-orientedenvironment.

Profile Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience: 5–10 years in planning, logistics, supply chain or import/export.
