Job summary

Beyond Gravity in Austria is seeking an Electronics Systems Engineer to drive the technical understanding of customer requirements and architect electronics products and sub-systems. You will define architecture across HW, SW and FPGA, work with cross-functional teams, and engage with customers and subcontractors to solve technical challenges.

The role requires a master’s degree or equivalent experience and strong expertise in space electronics, system design, and cost-conscious engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience in space system design and development of complex electronics.
• Knowledge of RUAG’s products and future development.
• Ability to document products from a customer perspective.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops overall architecture of electronics product covering HW, SW and FPGA.
• Defines technical concepts and modularity with technical lead engineering.
• Breaks down requirements with HW/SW/FPGA teams.
• Performs system-level analyses and documentation for design and tests.
• Defines concepts and cost implications for proposals.
