Hilti is seeking an AI & Analytics Solution Owner to define the vision and delivery of AI, analytics and automation solutions. You will co-own the backlog, shape the product roadmap, and collaborate across data, platform and engineering teams.

In this full-time role, expect close partnership with business units, driving value through measurable KPIs, change management, and iterative improvement within Hilti's Analytics Center of Excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in information technology, computer science, data science, or information systems; PhD is a plus.
• 8–10 years total experience with business processes and digital product design.
• Ability to bridge business needs and AI/analytics solutions.
• Solid understanding of data/AI solution lifecycles, data platforms, automation, AI/ML basics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; strong business partnership.

Role Overview

The AI & Analytics Solution Owner team is part of the Analytics Center of Excellence at Hilti and plays a key role in unlocking the value of AI, Analytics and Automation for Hilti and our customers. Working closely together with business functions, we help shape the vision and roadmap and solutions across different business areas with strong partnerships and actively develop the solution portfolio at Hilti. As a Solution Owner, you will get the opportunity to work on AI, analytics and automation driven impactful use cases in a large organization that is leading the digital transformation in the construction sector.

This full-time position is available as soon as possible. No travel is required.

What you’ll do

• Defining the vision and driving delivery of AI & analytics solutions
• Ensuring that data insights, AI, analytics and automation capabilities are translated into scalable, value-driven solutions for the business by partnership.
• (Co)-owning the backlog, shaping product vision, and enabling cross-functional collaboration across data, platform and engineering teams
• Driving change management actively and ensuring adoption, optimizing well-defined KPIs through continuous improvement and success measurement.
• Prioritization and delivery planning and coordination Stakeholder management

What you’ll bring

• Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems; a PhD’s degree is a plus
• 8-10 years of total working experience, with good understanding of business process and digital product design and development.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions in AI, Analytics and Automation space.
• Solid understanding of the full lifecycle of data and AI solutions and knowledge of data platforms, automation, practical knowledge of AI (incl. Gen AI and Agentic AI) and Machine Learning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill with strong ability to partner with business.
