Zusammenfassung

TGW Logistics is seeking an innovative engineer to transform customer requirements into intelligent mechatronic solutions for international intralogistics projects.

You will bridge technology and sales, develop concepts, evaluate requests, and integrate new technologies with our delivery teams, while collaborating closely with customers and cross-functional peers.

Qualifikationen

• Requires higher technical education in mechatronics or related fields.
• Experience in plant engineering or similar projects is valued.
• Good English and readiness for occasional travel (10%).

Do you want to transform complex customer requirements into innovative solutions? In this role, you will work at the interface between technology and sales and develop intelligent mechatronic systems for international intralogistics projects.

What you'll be handling:

• Development of innovative solutions for automated logistics systems in international customer projects
• Analysis of technical requirements as well as development of concepts, layouts and calculations
• Evaluation of project requests and definition of cost-effective system solutions
• Integration of new technologies and portfolio elements into future-oriented intralogistics solutions
• Close cooperation with customers, sales, engineering and the Competence & Delivery Center

What you'll need:

• Completed higher technical education in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering (HTL, FH, TU)
• Several years of professional experience in plant engineering
• Experience in direct customer contact as well as a feel for technical customer needs
• Strong process understanding and ability to develop innovative solutions
• Team orientation, initiative and decisiveness in a dynamic project environment
• Good knowledge of English and willingness to take occasional business trips (10%)

We offer an attractive salary in line with the market, depending on qualifications and professional experience. The minimum gross basic salary based on full-time employment is 48,412 euros per year according to the collective agreement.
