Our Client in Vienna, Austria is seeking a Solution Architect with Kinaxis planning expertise to shape and deliver global planning solutions.

You will work with business and IT teams, design end-to-end Kinaxis configurations, and ensure SAP integration across Demand Planning, S&OP and Supply Planning.

The role is 100% onsite in Vienna with a permanent contract and clear opportunity to influence a mature Kinaxis environment and roadmap.

Qualifikationen

• Five years' experience delivering supply chain planning solutions.
• Kinaxis Contributor Certification or other Kinaxis accreditations.
• Multiple end-to-end Kinaxis implementation projects completed.
• Strong hands-on Kinaxis Maestro experience across implementations.
• Proven experience designing and configuring Kinaxis planning solutions.

Solution Architect | Kinaxis Planning

We're supporting a global pharmaceutical manufacturer that is continuing to invest heavily in its digital supply chain landscape. Following a successful global Kinaxis deployment, they are expanding their internal team to support a growing pipeline of enhancements and future initiatives.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams, taking ownership of planning solutions from design through to delivery.

The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in shaping and evolving the organisation's global planning platform, ensuring business requirements are translated into practical, scalable Kinaxis solutions.
Although the position is titled Solution Architect, the client is open to experienced professionals from several backgrounds, including Senior Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants with strong solution design experience, or Kinaxis specialists who combine hands on configuration expertise with excellent stakeholder management.
This is not an enterprise architecture role. The focus is on designing and delivering planning solutions within Kinaxis while working across the wider SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance global supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis Maestro.
• Lead solution design for new planning capabilities and system improvements.
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Planning and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Configure and optimise Kinaxis planning processes across Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Support the ongoing roadmap of enhancements following a successful global implementation.
• Ensure seamless integration between Kinaxis and SAP, working across multiple interfaces and connected systems.
• Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the planning landscape.

What We're Looking For

• At least five years' experience delivering supply chain planning solutions.
• Kinaxis Contributor Certification or other Kinaxis accreditations.
• Multiple end to end Kinaxis implementation projects completed.
• Strong hands on experience with Kinaxis Maestro gained across end to end implementation projects.
• Proven experience designing and configuring Kinaxis planning solutions rather than simply supporting existing environments.
• Strong understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP processes.
• Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
