Westernacher Consulting in Wien seeks a Solution Advisor SAP EWM to guide customers through early transformation, defining business requirements, evaluating options, and shaping SAP EWM programs across the DACH region.

You will work with sales, consulting, and delivery teams, leveraging deep SAP EWM know-how and business consulting skills to influence decisions, build cases, and deliver compelling proposals.

This role offers travel within the DACH region and a hybrid working model.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience with SAP EWM and warehouse logistics.
• Experience in solution design, fit-gap analysis, scope definition, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
• Strong business acumen with experience in business case development and value engineering.
• Near-native German and fluent English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
• Self-driven, proactive in fast-paced client-facing environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead customer discovery workshops, assessments, and advisory engagements to understand business challenges and define solution direction.
• Guide customers in evaluating SAP EWM solution options, challenging assumptions and aligning decisions with business value and long-term sustainability.
• Define implementation scope, delivery assumptions, effort estimations, and key project risks to support successful project planning.
• Conduct solution assessments, fit-gap analyses, health checks, and roadmap workshops for prospective customers.
• Develop compelling business cases by quantifying ROI, TCO, and strategic business benefits.
• Lead customer-facing presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations for key pursuits and strategic opportunities.
• Contribute to proposal development by ensuring solution quality, value articulation, and consistency across customer deliverables.
• Enable and support sales and go-to-market teams through training, solution positioning, and industry expertise.

As a Solution Advisor SAP EWM (f/m/d), you will act as a trusted advisor to customers during the early stages of their transformation journey, helping them define business requirements, evaluate solution options, build business cases, and shape successful SAP EWM programs.

Working closely with sales, consulting, and delivery teams, you will combine deep SAP EWM expertise with strong business consulting skills to influence customer decisions, define realistic implementation strategies, and position Westernacher as a trusted transformation partner across the DACH region.

Your Responsibilities

Your Skills And Experience

• Extensive experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) and warehouse logistics processes.
• Experience in solution design, fit-gap analysis, scope definition, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
• Strong business acumen with experience in business case development, value engineering, executive stakeholder management, and the ability to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to senior leadership audiences.
• Near-native German and fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and client-facing environment.
