OMICRON electronics GmbH in Austria is seeking a Software Test (Automation) Engineer for Web Applications, working across Cloud and Windows platforms with C#/.NET. You will design automated tests using Playwright, Selenium, and xUnit, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality after each change.

The role emphasizes collaboration with development teams, OO principles, and English proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience as a Software Test Engineer or Test Automation Engineer.
• Hands-on experience on web or cloud development projects.
• Solid understanding of OO principles and proficiency in at least one OO language.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices is an advantage.

Job Description

Your role

• Test software products developed in an agile environment forCloud and Windows platforms in C#and.NET
• Collaborate with software development teams to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans, test cases and test data
• Design and implement automatedtests using object-oriented testing frameworkssuch asPlaywright,xUnit, Selenium
• Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline to ensure the automated execution of tests for each code change
• You are an advocate for improvements to test infrastructure and tools where necessary.
