Goldright in Graz seeks a Software Engineer to develop and enhance our core product, integrating AI features and providing clean API boundaries. You will work with consultants, operations and IT colleagues in a close-knit team and contribute ideas to shape the product's future.

The role covers back-end and front-end areas, Java Core, Spring and SQL, with testing and peer reviews. Flexible working models and hybrid setup are offered, along with onboarding, mentoring, and opportunities to grow

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of work experience in software development
• Completed technical studies related to software engineering or equivalent practical training
• Solid knowledge of software development principles, SQL and relational databases
• Strong understanding of server-side web applications and openness to full-stack work
• High standards for product quality, performance, and security
• Good communication skills in English (minimum B2)

Aufgaben

• Develop high-quality software solutions and web application fundamentals using Java Core, Spring and SQL
• Collaborate within a versatile team where generalist work is encouraged
• Ensure API provides clean, flexible customization boundaries for customer needs
• Participate in agile workflow with 3-week sprints, daily stand-ups, and self-selected tasks
• Contribute to sprint planning and reviews with the team
• Maintain product quality with testing and peer code reviews
• Drive AI innovation by using AI tools to accelerate development and building AI features
