ABOUT US

Sportradars Coding Academy Internship Program is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in web development. Over four months you’ll learn how to write high‑quality code, collaborate in real development teams, and gain hands‑on experience guided by our experienced Sportradar mentors.

At Sportradar we believe web development is a team sport. Together with 45 other interns you’ll go through an intensive training and exercise program designed to prepare you for the challenges of modern web development while gaining insights into the workflows of our 15 development teams.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• Application Review – carefully review your CV
• Online Program Presentation – selected candidates will be invited to a 60‑minute online session to learn the details of the program, its structure and requirements
• Video Interview & Coding Task – demonstrate your basic programming and problem‑solving skills while giving us the chance to get to know you better as a person
• Developer Interview – after an extensive code review on your task we will invite you to discuss your solution and our feedback with our developers, as well as your motivation, experience and growth mindset
• Feedback & Offer – we will provide you with feedback and, if it’s a match, extend an offer to join our Coding Academy Internship Program

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
