Job summary

Virtual Identity in Vienna is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager to own client social channels, from strategy to campaigns, leveraging AI to improve processes and outcomes. You will develop content, engage communities, and collaborate with designers and partners across a hybrid/remote setup.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in social media or digital communications, strong strategic thinking, fluency in German and English, and comfort presenting to clients while driving several projects

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital communications.
Strategic thinking links channel choices to client goals.
Strong sense of social media, digital culture and trends.
Confidence presenting, handling feedback and keeping multiple projects moving.
Genuine interest in AI and automation; hands-on experience is a plus.
Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

Own the social media presence of selected clients, from channel strategy and content plans to campaigns.
Develop creative ideas and concepts and turn them into briefs for designers and creative partners.
Be the day-to-day contact for your clients; present ideas, coordinate feedback and keep projects on track.
Use AI in daily work, from prompting visual assets to building automations.
Look after communities and engage with users in a thoughtful, on-brand way.
Run social media trainings to help client teams build confidence and capability.
