Qualifikationen

• Degree or vocational training in marketing, communications, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in marketing, social media, or a comparable role is preferred
• Excellent understanding of digital channels and authentic social media communication
• Confident in campaign management, including setup, monitoring, and reporting
• Experience with various tools, such as WordPress, is an advantage but not required
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Team spirit and enthusiasm
• Enjoyment of working with people
• Excellent written and spoken German
• Good written and spoken English
