What your day looks like:

We have an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our client's team on a Gold Coast based project. Our client is a reputable construction company renowned for its excellence in delivering high-end residential projects. As the Site Manager you will work closely with the Project Manager on a luxury high rise residential tower in Surfers Paradise, 24 levels and a value of $70M+.

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain smooth project progress.
• Develop and implement construction schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints.

About you:

• Proven track record delivering high rise multi-residential projects in excess of $50M.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
