Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a master's degree in electronics, materials, physics or related field (official enrolment essential).
• Experience with electrical measurement setups and electronics design is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with LabVIEW and programming languages (Python, C, MATLAB).
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Good communication and technical writing skills.
• Creative and autonomous work approach.

Aufgaben

• Conduct measurement campaigns and data analysis based on current literature models.
• Propose sensors array prototypes and automated data collection software to gain deeper insights from tests.
• Optimize a half-bridge converter for long-term dynamic testing of SiC MOSFETs.
• Upgrade test electronics and data acquisition software for high-precision measurements over extended periods.
• Document and communicate solutions within the team and with academic collaborators.
