To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, people-focused Operations Manager with leadership experience in the NDIS or healthcare-related organisation.

Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional support is provided to our 130+ clients.
Hire, onboard, lead, support, and coordinate a dedicated team of support workers across Melbourne’s central and northern suburbs.
Ensure services are delivered in compliance with NDIS standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and internal company policies.
Drive high team engagement and continuous improvement initiatives that prioritise safe, high-quality client outcomes.
Act as the key decision-maker in the business during the absence of the owner/director.
Provide shared on-call support – this is a non-negotiable part of the role.
Be based in our Gladstone Park office, with plenty of free parking available.
A highly organised, reliable, and accountable individual who gets things done!
A natural people-person with the ability to influence through trustworthy, open, and engaging communication.
Solid experience in operations management – ideally within disability or healthcare services.
Strong leadership and communication skills – no ego here. We’re looking for someone with humility, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping people live their best lives.
Deep understanding of the NDIS and relevant compliance standards (quality management).
A problem-solver with a proactive approach to challenges.
The ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and take direction from two down-to-earth, collaborative female business owners who are fully committed to the organisation’s values.
