Role

To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced, people-focused Operations Manager with leadership experience in the NDIS or healthcare-related organisation.

Our success has been driven by our authentic connection with clients and deep understanding of their support needs. We invest in our team of support workers and their engagement to deliver high quality and safe services which we truly believe is where the magic happens.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional support is provided to our 130+ clients.

Hire, onboard, lead, support, and coordinate a dedicated team of support workers across Melbourne’s central and northern suburbs.

Ensure services are delivered in compliance with NDIS standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and internal company policies.

Drive high team engagement and continuous improvement initiatives that prioritise safe, high-quality client outcomes.

Act as the key decision-maker in the business during the absence of the owner/director.

Provide shared on-call support – this is a non-negotiable part of the role.

Be based in our Gladstone Park office, with plenty of free parking available.
