QTK Group is seeking an experienced and technically capable Senior Service Advisor to join our Operations Administration Team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in a dealership or fast-paced service environment and is confident in diagnosing technical issues and supporting customers over the phone.

What You’ll Do

In this senior position, you will be a key contact for customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day focus will be on providing technical troubleshooting and diagnostic support to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

Who You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Providing technical assistance and fault diagnosis over the phone and via email.
  • Guiding customers through troubleshooting steps and determining next actions.
  • Managing complex and escalated service enquiries with confidence.
  • Coordinating repairs and service scheduling across branches and service teams.
  • Maintaining communication between customers, sales teams, and technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and service excellence.

  • Previous Service Advisor experience in a dealership, mechanical or transport environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose faults and provide technical support remotely.
