Lastminute.com is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead hotel connectivity within Global Hotel's distribution platform. Hybrid from Chiasso, you will shape the product strategy and own API/ connectivity initiatives.

Lead discovery with partners, define KPIs, and translate business requirements into technical specs with engineering. Mentor 2–3 PMs and ensure scalable data flows across B2C and B2B.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• 4+ years in B2B technology products.
• Hands-on experience with technical integrations (APIs, channel management, connectivity).
• Proven track record leading complex B2B product initiatives.
• Strong vendor/partner relationship management.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical mindset with SQL and BI skills.
• Experience with hotel distribution tech (GDS, OTA integrations, PMS).

Aufgaben

• Define and own a 12–18 month product roadmap for Global Hotel’s distribution platform (channel manager connectivity, extranet, APIs).
• Lead discovery with partners and stakeholders; set KPIs and analyze competitive landscape.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs with engineering; guide data-driven decisions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end lifecycle of partner-facing and internal tools; ensure scalable, reliable integrations.
