WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Are you passionate about sport and customer service and seeking an exciting new opportunity? We are thrilled to announce we have a vacancy for a 12-month Parental Leave Cover as a Head Coach (Senior Store Manager), based at our Brisbane Airport DFO Store.

You will lead the charge of ensuring your team creates positive moments, has fun, and feels like they are part of something bigger.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will:

  • Lead: drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life
  • Coach: provide leadership, people development, and feedback to elevate the team; you will be involved in hiring top talent, training, performance management, succession, and career planning
  • Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
  • Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
WHAT YOU BRING:
  • A passion for the Nike brand
  • Area Management or Multi‑Site experience from a large retail or hospitality environment, or experience leading large teams (50+ employees)
  • The ability to build, lead and manage large, high‑performing teams
  • Strong strategic, problem‑solving, and influencing skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound computer proficiency
