IQVIA is seeking a Senior Statistician in Discovery Analytics & AI to join our FSP team supporting a global pharmaceutical client. You will develop advanced analytical solutions, automate workflows, and translate statistical methods into AI-enabled tools that accelerate scientific decision-making.

Ideal candidates have MSc/PhD in a quantitative field, strong R/Python skills, and experience applying statistics to biological datasets, with excellent collaboration and English proficiency.

Qualificações

• MSc or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related quantitative discipline.
• Strong programming expertise in R and/or Python.
• Experience applying statistical methodologies to biological or scientific datasets.
• Proven ability to develop reproducible and scalable analytical workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with statisticians, scientists, data scientists, and software engineers to address research questions.
• Apply statistical methods to analyze complex biological datasets.
• Develop and maintain reproducible analytical workflows using R and/or Python.
• Support AI-enabled analytical solutions and workflow automation tools.
• Translate analytics workflows into scalable AI-assisted applications.
• Integrate statistical methods and domain knowledge into AI-enabled environments.
• Develop reusable analytics components to improve efficiency and reproducibility.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure delivery of analytical solutions.
