Zusammenfassung

Talos Automation is seeking an IT/Software Project Manager to lead 1–4 software-focused projects within warehouse automation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams from project initiation to handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while managing stakeholder and customer relations.

The role requires relocation to Graz, Austria, and willingness to travel internationally about one week per month as projects demand.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience managing technical, software or automation projects.
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of software implementation/integration projects.

Aufgaben

• Manage software-focused projects within warehouse automation/intralogistics environments.
• Own project schedules, milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal technical teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage customer communication throughout project delivery.
• Support software integration, testing, commissioning and go-live activities.
• Identify and resolve project risks and escalations.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects where required.
• Ensure projects are delivered against scope, timeline and quality.
