About the Role

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, the Senior Site Supervisor will oversee all aspects of residential construction from pre-construction through to handover.
You’ll lead by example, managing your site and trades, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to Attica’s high standards of quality and safety.

This is a senior role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional homes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support site supervisors, contractors, and trades.

Oversee multiple active sites.

Facilitate project commencement, including setting FFLs and assisting with initial site works.

Interpret and review plans, identifying inconsistencies between drawings, engineering, and framing.

Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost control.

Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring WHS compliance and quality assurance.

Resolve construction challenges quickly and effectively.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to maintain communication and customer satisfaction.

Drive continuous improvement across construction processes and standards.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Site Supervisor in residential building.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent technical understanding of residential construction, codes, and compliance.

High attention to detail and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

A commitment to safety and professionalism.

You must also hold:

A current White Card

Australian citizenship or permanent residency
