Job summary

Interwetten Group in Vienna is seeking an experienced Search Engine Advertising (SEA) specialist to lead strategic campaigns for the Swedish market and support Nordic market entries. You will optimize keywords, bids, and ad copies, while coordinating with local teams and partners to ensure culturally tuned messaging.

The role requires 5+ years in SEA, fluent Swedish and English, and comfort with large budgets and regulated advertising.

Qualifications

• Native or business-level Swedish is required.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus.
• At least 5 years of SEA management experience.
• Proven experience managing large SEA budgets across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, set up, and strategically develop SEA campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on the Swedish market.
• Localize and review ad copy, landing pages, and organic content in Swedish for market adaptation.
• Manage keyword strategy, ad copy, and account structure optimization across markets.
• Design and manage retargeting and retention campaigns to reactivate customers in Sweden and other markets.
• Control bidding strategy and budget allocation to hit CPA, CPL, ROAS, and retention KPIs; perform cross-market forecasting.
• Oversee Performance Max campaigns and coordinate with local stakeholders, translators, and partners for market-appropriate communication.
• Develop Quality Score optimization and implement A/B testing frameworks for ads and landing pages.
• Provide reporting and strategic recommendations to management.
