Job Summary/offer: Lead research in infectiology with a focus on influenza, papillomaviruses, and emerging infections. You will develop innovative in‑vitro models, help establish a BSL3 group, supervise doctoral and diploma students, teach and examine, secure third‑party funding, publish, prepare reports, and support teaching and administration. You have a molecular biology degree (immunology/viral oncology/virology) and a PhD, plus B2 English and German. You bring strong experience in human/animal influenza, reverse genetics and eight‑plasmid technology for live‑attenuated strains, and HPV/BPV detection and characterization in vivo, ex vivo, and 2D/3D models. Preferred: vaccine R&D, human/animal immunology, 3D and live‑cell imaging; teaching/supervision experience; excellent teamwork, communication, reliability; independent, solution‑oriented mindset.
