  • New Business Growth with Ownership: You are responsible for the strategic and operational acquisition of new clients in the DACH market and make a significant contribution to revenue growth.
  • Network as a Growth Driver: You actively leverage your existing network within the hospitality industry for lead generation and continuously expand it.
  • Complex Sales Processes: You independently manage sophisticated sales processes – from initial outreach to closing larger deals.
  • Strategic Consulting: You advise decision‑makers in the hospitality industry as a trusted partner on digital marketing solutions and sustainable growth strategies.
  • Contract Negotiations & Closing Strength: You lead complex contract negotiations and close deals independently.
  • CRM & Pipeline Excellence: You work in a data‑driven manner, ensure high data quality in the CRM, and support precise forecasting.
  • Market Presence: You represent Online Birds at industry events, conferences, and networking events throughout the DACH region.
