Job summary

Bitpanda is hiring a Resilience Manager in Vienna to strengthen our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery capabilities. You will own the BCM program, work with operational teams, and drive improvements to ensure readiness across the organization.

This hands-on role requires a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills, capable of connecting processes, technology, and people to protect critical operations. Hybrid work options apply.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Business Continuity Management, operational resilience, IT operations, risk management, or related field.
• Hands-on problem solver who takes ownership and drives topics forward independently.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to structure complex topics.
• Experience with BCM, Disaster Recovery, crisis management, or regulatory frameworks like DORA.

Your mission

At Bitpanda, resilience is key to keeping our business running, even when things go wrong.
