Job summary

Genetec in Vienna is seeking a React Developer to build scalable, cloud-based work management interfaces using React, TypeScript, and CSS with a strong focus on UX and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to an international project culture, including language classes and global events.

Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience in an agile environment.
Proficiency with React and TypeScript and modern front-end practices.
Strong CSS skills for responsive, visually appealing interfaces.
Solid understanding of UX principles and how frontend decisions affect usability.
Awareness of accessibility, interaction patterns, information hierarchy and consistency.

Responsibilities

Build scalable, stateless cloud architectures with modern frontend techniques.
Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces with accessibility and usability in mind.
Focus on complete user experience: loading states, feedback, errors, responsiveness, and performance.
Collaborate on reusable UI patterns and components across the product and with stakeholders.
Participate in conception, implementation, and documentation within a Kanban process.
