A global construction leader in Austria is seeking a Quality Manager to lead a team of quality managers and drive compliance, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Take charge of a team of quality managers and ensure our BU Installations unit delivers reliable, high-standard solutions. Your leadership will drive compliance, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will lead a team of quality managers, ensuring that the quality of our products, services, and documentation within the BU Installations unit meets customer expectations as well as all relevant internal and external standards. You’ll play a key part in maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the successful delivery of reliable, high-quality solutions to our customers.
You will play a vital role in supporting new product development by ensuring product quality maturity at every project milestone and delivering the highest standards to market. You’ll lead the coordination of internal quality issue resolution and manage customer complaints with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Your expertise will also contribute to supplier quality operations, including onboarding, audits, and recertifications. In this role, you’ll take ownership of quality risk management during product qualifications and changes, while implementing early warning systems to prevent issues before they arise. Working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams, you’ll ensure seamless integration of quality standards throughout the organization. You’ll also drive continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis and audits, and champion a culture of knowledge sharing by capturing and communicating key lessons learned from projects.

This job falls under the collective agreement for metal trade employees in employment group IV. The agreement specifies that the minimum gross monthly salary for a full‑time position (38.5 hours/week) is € 3.341,50. We value our employees and offer a highly competitive salary package that exceeds the collective agreement salary. You can expect a minimum annual gross salary of € 80,000 (All-In; including 13th, 14th, bonus payments) as a starting point, with room for negotiation based on your individual qualifications and position‑relevant professional experience.
