Other key accountabilities include:

  • Provide coaching on development, implementation and monitoring of quality management plans, performance indicators, associated monitoring and verification activities and reporting.
  • Provide oversight and support to ensure smooth transition and handover of completed projects, programs and initiatives from delivery teams to operational teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

We’re looking for a seasoned professional with at least 7 years’ experience in a comparable role, backed by a degree in Business, Quality, or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will also hold lead auditor certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001, demonstrating a strong foundation in quality and compliance standards. In addition, you will have:

  • Continual Improvement Mindset – Ability to make recommendations to address gaps and ensure continual improvement of integrated management system.
  • Strong Stakeholder Engagement – Ability to provide guidance on complex matters and lead, coach and mentor professionals at all levels.
  • Analytical Thinking – Ability to dissect complex systems and identify potential failure points.

This role offers an array of attractive benefits including a competitive base salary, plus 12.75% superannuation, access to banked time and TOIL, 17.5% leave loading and a genuine emphasis on work/life balance. Please note – this role involves regular travel to our regional locations as part of its responsibilities.
