Zusammenfassung

Eaton is looking for a senior pricing professional to own and drive pricing discipline for project business across ES EMEA. You will ensure every deal includes full cost, risk, and margin transparency before quote release, acting as the pricing authority across Tendering, Sales, and Finance.

Lead continuous improvement, standardization, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure scalable pricing practices, while extracting insights to refine guardrails and proposals. English fluency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of Pricing experience.
• Commercial Finance and Sales experience is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive pricing discipline for project business across ES EMEA with full cost, risk, and margin transparency before quote release.
• Act as the authority on deal pricing frameworks and guardrails to enable profitable growth.
• Define and enforce the Project Pricing framework, cost build-up, margin architecture, and risk pricing for project deals.
