For our Product Line Loader Cranes we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager who would organize and implement the planned initiatives in the product line. He/she would be responsible for ensuring that the defined project goals are achieved within the specified timeframe and budget constraints. Furthermore, we need to establish standards in the different regions to ensure long-term sustainability and future readiness on a senior level.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage product, module, and research projects within cross-functional development teams.
• Manage and lead the core project team from project initiation to project completion by continuously assessing, steering, and driving project progress.
• Collaborate with external development partners / regions, acting as an interface manager.
• Work on improving regional processes by establishing global fundamental standards.
• Ensure KPIs are being consistently reached.

Your qualifications:

• Technical education in the field of mechatronics, mechanical engineering/steel construction, or similar (FH, University)
• Several years of professional experience in project management – preferably in the development sector.
• Structured working style, entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills
• Fluent in German, English, additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally (20%)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 66,816.35 based on full-time employment.

According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
