METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Senior Product Owner for the iC Software Platform at our global headquarters near Zurich, Switzerland. You will shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and drive delivery across a complex software landscape, collaborating with development teams, customers, and stakeholders in an agile environment.

Responsibilities include backlog ownership, prioritization, and cross-functional leadership to ensure customer value and successful releases.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in software product management, product ownership, or similar roles (Senior Product Owner).
• Proven success delivering complex enterprise software in agile environments.
• Experience leading large-scale, interconnected projects with multiple teams.
• Experience in scientific, industrial, or chemical engineering software environments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication in English; German is a plus.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Lead roadmap development and align dependencies, risks, and business outcomes.
