Zusammenfassung

Bitpanda is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Securities & Commodities to own end-to-end product strategy and execution for core traditional financial offerings across equities, Real-World Assets (RWAs), and more for European retail investors.

You will translate complex capital markets requirements into intuitive trading experiences, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with UX, Data, and Compliance in a heavily regulated fintech environment.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in retail brokerage, trading, or investing platforms (MiFID II or regulated fintech context).
• Solid domain understanding of capital markets, order execution, clearing and settlement, custodians, and taxation.
• Practical knowledge of market infrastructure including stock exchanges and market makers.
• Data-driven approach to shaping product strategy and decisions.
• Excellent ability to translate complex financial/technical topics into actionable product direction.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end product flows across securities and commodities, including equities and Real-World Assets (RWAs).
• Lead cross-functional teams to define specs, user flows, and timelines with high shipping velocity.
• Connect front-end interfaces with back-end infrastructure to support strategy.
• Translate regulatory and market requirements into intuitive user experiences for retail investors.
• Collaborate with UX, Design, and Data teams to optimize performance and engagement.
