The Senior Portfolio Manager leads the operational execution of our global slot game content pipeline. This role ensures that development workflows run smoothly, bottlenecks are resolved quickly, and the strategic roadmap is translated into efficient, high-quality delivery. Acting as the operational backbone of the portfolio function, the Senior Portfolio Manager drives process excellence, oversees cross-functional alignment, and ensures every title meets the expectations of quality, timing, and market impact.

Your tasks

• Leads operational oversight of the full content pipeline, monitoring progress, resolving dependencies, and identifying bottlenecks across internal teams and external suppliers
• Defines and enforces standardized workflows for game lifecycle management, from supplier interaction and compliance preparation to launch execution and content retirement
• Prioritizes content-related work for key teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment with the strategic roadmap and focusing efforts on the highest-value deliverables
• Manages resource allocation across the Portfolio Manager team to ensure optimal coverage of suppliers, priority titles, and critical projects
• Collaborates with Games Delivery and Games Production Coordination to secure integration slots, manage requirements, and ensure smooth technical handovers
• Utilizes operational metrics from Data Analytics to track pipeline health, supplier throughput, and launch success, providing actionable performance insights
• Consolidates status across teams into clear, structured reports for leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans
• Ensures tactical portfolio execution remains aligned with the Director’s long-term Global Portfolio Strategy

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or senior content delivery — ideally within iGaming or software development
• Advanced proficiency using project management platforms such as Jira and Confluence for complex pipeline oversight
• Strong understanding of the slot game development lifecycle, technical integrations, and supplier delivery models
• Proven operational leadership skills with the ability to build, optimize, and enforce scalable workflows across teams
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for collaborating with technical teams, suppliers, and senior management
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges and preventing bottlenecks
• Solid knowledge of slot game industry standards, compliance requirements, and cross-functional dependencies
