Zusammenfassung

RetInSight GmbH is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead internal software development projects in the SaMD domain. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure regulatory and quality requirements are met.

The role focuses on end-to-end planning, governance, and release readiness, with a hybrid work setup in Vienna and a strong emphasis on patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in project management, ideally software/AI/healthcare.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and documentation skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional AI/software product delivery from initiation to release.
• Own end-to-end project plan, milestones, validation, and release readiness.
• Provide transparent reporting and executive-level status updates.
• Facilitate decision making on scope, priorities, and changes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive effective meetings with clear outputs and owners.
• Ensure documentation aligns with quality and SaMD lifecycle.
