Österreichische Post AG is hiring to evolve its Event Streaming Platform that powers enterprise event-driven communication. You will contribute to self-service tooling, platform standards, and automated testing to enhance reliability and developer productivity.

We expect hands-on Kafka experience, strong C# or Java skills, and familiarity with IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, PowerShell). Flexible work arrangements are offered and compensation reflects experience.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems.
• Strong programming skills in C# or Java and solid software engineering principles.
• Experience with automated testing (unit/integration/e2e).
• Knowledge of DevOps and IaC tools like Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, PowerShell.

Aufgaben

• Build and enhance self-service capabilities, tools, and templates for dev teams.
• Define and evolve platform standards, best practices, and reusable patterns for Kafka and event streaming.
• Design and implement automated testing and QA to ensure platform reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and evolve event-driven domain services and business solutions.
• Improve developer experience through automation and abstraction of infrastructure complexity.
