softwareXperts GmbH in Vienna seeks an experienced Pega Architect to support a leading insurance project. You will design reusable application architectures across claims, policy, and underwriting, applying advanced Pega capabilities and ensuring scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include end-to-end integration design with REST/SOAP, security and access control modeling, performance tuning, and guiding CPSA/CSA-level developers while maintaining Guardrail compliance.

Qualifikationen

• CPSSA/CSSA or CPSA/CSA certification is mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience implementing Pega applications.
• Proven experience in performance tuning and maintenance of Pega systems.
• Strong grasp of security models and access control design.
• Experience in integration design with REST/SOAP, connectors and data pages.
• Full professional English proficiency, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Design the application architecture so that solutions are reusable across insurance lines of business (claims, policy, underwriting)
• Apply advanced Pega capabilities: performance tuning, security and access control, and decisioning
• Own the integration design end-to-end, from REST and SOAP interfaces through connectors to data pages
• Debug and troubleshoot complex application issues using system logs, PAL and Tracer
• Guide and review the work of CPSA / CSA-level developers
• Ensure Guardrail compliance and establish best practices across the team
