Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in related field with Bachelor’s; 8+ years with Master; or +5 years with PhD.
• 6+ years in observability, monitoring, SRE, cloud operations, or AIOps.
• Hands-on with modern monitoring/observability platforms.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of logs, traces, metrics and telemetry pipelines.
• Scripting and automation experience.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement enterprise observability strategies across cloud, infrastructure, apps.
• Build telemetry pipelines ingesting logs, metrics, traces, events, topology.
• Deploy and tune observability platforms to improve reliability.
• Develop AIOps capabilities including anomaly detection and event correlation.
• Partner with SRE, platform engineering, cybersecurity and service ops teams.
• Create dashboards, service maps, scorecards, and SLO-driven reporting.
• Integrate observability data into AI agents and automation workflows.
• Establish telemetry standards and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvements in MTTR and service health monitoring.
