Job summary

NVIDIA seeks an experienced networking software engineer to join a Solutions Engineers team focused on Mellanox Networking, DGX platforms, and enterprise containers. You will split time between resolving complex customer issues and performing R&D work in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment.

You should bring a strong background in datacenter networking, kernel-level C, and hands-on troubleshooting, plus excellent communication skills to work with enterprise customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in computer science/engineering.
• 10+ years of system software development and troubleshooting, ideally with customer exposure.
• Experience developing C in kernel or application space and/or embedded software.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of datacenter networking protocols (LACP, OSPF, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of InfiniBand/NVLink switch deployments from inception to resolution.
• Develop features and tools to support Enterprise Networking offerings.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to improve availability and experience of NVIDIA Networking products.
• Provide independent analysis and problem-solving for customer issues.
• Work with engineering to reproduce, document, and resolve issues.
