Job summary

RED Global is seeking a Senior Network Engineer with CCNP or equivalent expertise to design, implement, and operate modern networks (LAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN) across corporate and global sites. The role emphasizes Meraki‑like solutions and hybrid architectures, with hands‑on work in data centers and office environments.

You will tackle complex issues, optimize security and cloud integration, and drive scalability across 20+ sites using templates and automation.

Qualifications

• Advanced switching & routing knowledge (STP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs)
• Hands-on Wi‑Fi experience and 802.1X
• SD-WAN and VPN design/implementation, Meraki AutoVPN preferred
• Security concepts: segmentation, policy design, cloud integration (AWS/Azure)
• Experience managing multi-site/global environments
• Ability to translate technical impact into business terms

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and operate modern networks (LAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN)
• Troubleshoot complex network incidents with a structured approach

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer (CCNP or equivalent) with experience in corporate/global environments, capable of designing, implementing, and operating modern networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN), with a strong focus on Meraki-like solutions and hybrid architectures.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, structured troubleshooting skills, business awareness, and a hands-on approach. They must be comfortable working in data centres and office environments, including installing and removing network equipment from racks, handling and patching structured cabling, and working confidently with the physical network infrastructure.

Technical Requirements

Core Networking

• Advanced Switching & Routing (STP, OSPF, BGP, VLANs)
• Structured troubleshooting approach (clear methodology)

Wi-Fi & Access

• Hands-on experience with:
• 802.1X
• Ability to diagnose complex Wi-Fi issues

SD-WAN & VPN

• Solid experience or knowledge in:
• SD-WAN (ideally Meraki AutoVPN)
• Site-to-site and remote access VPNs
• Integration with third-party firewalls

Security / Firewall

• Experience with:
• Segmentation and policy design concepts
• Knowledge of:
• Cloud integration (AWS / Azure)

Operations & Scalability

• Management of multi-site environments (ideally 20+ sites)
• Use of templates, automation, and configuration drift control
• Experience in global environments

Key Experience
