Novartis, located in Schaftenau, Austria, seeks an Expert Engineer to join Global Device and Packaging Development (GDPD) for parenteral combination products and a brand new device.

You will work within a talented team of engineers and scientists delivering device development, lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality, compliant products for clinical trials and commercial use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or PhD in engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years in medical device or combination products development.
• Experience with plastic/metal components, tolerance analysis and testing.

Responsabilités

• Deliver device development and lifecycle management in cross-functional teams.
• Oversee device parts of an autoinjector and integration with prefilled syringes.
• Support design development following design control and regulatory framework.
• Ensure components meet quality for clinical trials and production.
• Support audits and respond to health authority questions.
