Qualifikationen

• Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in medical device or combination product development.
• Experience in developing plastic and metal components; tolerance analysis, modelling and testing.
• Excellent English; German skills are advantageous.
• Autonomous, independent working style in device development and lifecycle projects.
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Aufgaben

• Deliver technical development and lifecycle management in cross-functional teams for safe and robust products.
• Handle device components of an autoinjector and integration with prefilled syringes into a combination product; ensure timely delivery and LCM.
• Support device design development following the design control process and regulatory framework.
• Ensure components are delivered and controlled to the required quality for clinical trials and commercial production.
• Support internal and external audits and respond to health authority questions.
