Novartis in Schaftenau, Austria seeks a Senior Manufacturing Systems Expert to provide technical leadership on electronic batch records (eBRs) and to support MES deployment, implementation and continuous improvement across the manufacturing units. The role includes shop floor support, IQ/OQ/PQ testing, documentation and CAPA coordination within GMP environments.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Automation Engineering, 5+ years in GMP manufacturing, and fluent

The Senior Manufacturing Systems Expert provides technical expertise in support of all issues linked to electronic batch records (eBRs). This person is the MES Expert supporting MES deployment, implementation and continuous improvement in the Manufacturing Units and providing shop floor routine technical support.
For this role, we offer a temporary contract of 2 years.

For this position the minimum salary is €65,605.54 /year (on a full time basis). We also offer a potential market oriented excess payment in line with your experience and qualifications. The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Further details will be provided during the application process.
