Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the transition from IFRS to US GAAP, including policy development and implementation
• Analyze and adjust existing IFRS processes
• Deliver internal training and communication on US GAAP
• Continuously assess and improve group accounting policies for US GAAP compliance
• Monitor, interpret, and implement new accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606, ASC 842)
• Prepare and review SEC‑compliant financial statements (10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K)
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external auditors on technical accounting matters

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent; CPA license (active or inactive)
• 10+ years of accounting experience, including Big 4 and industry background
• Deep technical knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting
• Experience in publicly listed companies and SOX compliance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑oriented work style
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
