We’re seeking a proactive Senior Manager to oversee workshop teams, ensure top vehicle standards, and drive efficient repairs and maintenance. You’ll manage service agents, collaborate with sales, liaise with clients, and support after‑sales and incident management. Your focus will include minimizing fleet downtime, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead workshop and service teams to complete repairs, maintenance, and safety checks.
  • Collaborate with Rental, Retail, and Sales teams for efficient fleet management.
  • Liaise with customers and external partners, providing expert advice and resolving concerns.
  • Support breakdown response and after‑sales activities.
  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all operations.
  • Conduct regular fleet inspections and maintain accurate reports.
