We are seeking a Senior Manager Procurement to lead and shape our global procurement function. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to build a best-in-class procurement capability from the ground up, driving savings, transparency, and compliance across the organization.
As the company’s overall procurement leader, you will establish the global procurement framework, define policies and governance, and implement the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
Your profile
- Establish Procurement Framework: Design global procurement strategy, policies, and governance.
- Implement P2P Process: Lead Procure-to-Pay setup in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, ensuring automation and efficiency.
- Manage Indirect Procurement: Oversee sourcing and negotiations for IT, HR, marketing, facilities, and CAPEX categories.
- Drive Supplier Management: Conduct RFPs, contract negotiations, performance reviews, and risk management.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Align with Supply Chain, Finance, and Corporate teams to optimize processes and cost efficiency.
- Build Organizational Capability: Develop procurement expertise and best practices company-wide.
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- 8–10 years of procurement experience, ideally in pharma, CDMO, or manufacturing.
- Proven track record in indirect procurement and function setup.
- Hands‑on experience with P2P processes and ERP systems (preferably D365).
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English and German; other European languages are a plus.
