Here is your chance: we have a great job opportunity as Senior Financial Controller. As Senior Manager Financial Controlling you will ensure that Infineon makes the right financial decisions. You will initiate and drive business discussions based on your financial analyses and work directly together with the Product Line management team.

Responsibilities
  • Be the Finance Business Partner to the Product Line Leadership and be a member of the Product Line (PL) Management team
  • Initiate and drive business discussions based on financial analysis and act as sparring partner for all product line functions (e.g. pricing, portfolio management, cost improvements)
  • Manage the forecasting and budgeting activities for the product line including strategic 5‑year plans as well as operative quarterly forecasts for revenue and margin
  • Compile, challenge and monitor business cases as well as financial scenarios that educate business decisions (e.g. allocation of R&D resources, investment decisions)

You are self‑motivated, flexible and have the capability to independently drive business partnerships. As a master juggler working on multiple topics at a time, you are focused on details while finding efficient ways to distill the key messages for the executive level. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills lead to effective collaboration across different locations, cultures and time zones. Working in a high growth and fast paced collaborative team while representing the highest level of integrity and respect for others is a matter of course to you.

Qualifications
  • A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g. Engineering, Maths or Computer Science) or equivalent with a passion for technology
  • 5+ years of experience in positions requiring financial analysis and reporting ideally in high‑tech industries (e.g. telecommunication, mobile communication, semiconductor, software), ideally with large manufacturing landscape
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen including ability to absorb information quickly, evaluate data under different perspectives and understand correlation
  • Ability to decide under uncertainty knowing the error bar
  • Profound understanding of MS Excel (data cubes, Pivot tables)
  • Hands‑on experience in creating visualisations of (financial) data, e.g. with Tableau
  • Demonstrated data analytics skills are highly preferred (i.e. Power BI, R, or Python)

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
